Sri Kaza joins Markaaz Global Advisory Board

We are proud to announce that Sri Kaza has joined Markaaz as an advisor. A fintech executive and long-time small business advocate, Sri brings over 25 years of leadership experience spanning strategic consulting, technology innovation, and financial services.

Sri is best known for his work as the former CEO of BriteCap Financial (formerly ForwardLine Financial), where he successfully rebuilt and scaled the lending platform—delivering over $900 million in financing to small businesses across the U.S. His passion for empowering small businesses runs deep, with a career dedicated to solving real-world challenges for entrepreneurs through data, innovation, and access to capital.

Before BriteCap, Sri was a Partner at McKinsey & Company, where he advised Fortune 500 companies—particularly in the tech sector—on operations, sales strategy, and business transformation. He also held executive roles at a tax credit service provider for small businesses (now part of Experian) and founded Talytica, a data analytics startup that helped small businesses make smarter hiring decisions.

Sri holds an Engineering degree from the University of Michigan, as well as a Master’s in Engineering and an MBA from Northwestern University.

His combination of deep industry knowledge, data-driven thinking, and operational excellence makes him a natural fit for Markaaz as we continue building the world’s most comprehensive business identity platform.
